What we collect

When you request a quote, book a job or send us a message, we collect what we need to do the work: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and the details you give about your home (its size, how many heating and cooling systems it has, what you’re seeing). If you call or text, we have your number. If you send photos, we keep them with your job.

What we use it for

To quote, schedule, do and invoice the work, and to follow up about that job, including a reminder when a yearly service is due and a request for a review after the visit. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for anything unrelated to your job.

Who processes it

Housecall Pro runs our quotes, booking, messages, invoices and payments, and the chat and reviews widgets on this site. The quote and message forms on this site are served by Housecall Pro, and its privacy policy applies to what you type into them. Cloudflare hosts this website and provides its visitor statistics, which use no cookies and no personal identifiers.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. The Housecall Pro quote form, message form, chat and reviews widgets load from Housecall Pro only when you tap them; when one loads, Housecall Pro receives the usual browser request information and may set its own cookies.

Photos of your home

We take before and after photos of the ducts and vents we clean, and we show you yours. Some of those photos appear on this website and in our marketing. When they do, they show only the inside of a duct or vent, with location data removed, and never your name or address. If you’d rather we didn’t use photos from your job, tell us at the appointment or afterwards and we won’t.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop follow-up messages, call or text (385) 539-8800. We reply during business hours.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
