New construction in Utah County
Saratoga Springs grew 8.4% in one year, the fastest of any city in Utah.
New homes often have drywall dust and sawdust left in the ducts from construction. If you just moved into a new build or finished a basement, it’s worth a look.

FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
There’s no fixed schedule. NADCA recommends having ducts inspected about once a year and cleaned when needed, and many homes end up in a 3–5 year range. Sooner after a remodel or a new build, with heavy-shedding pets, or if dust is blowing from the vents.
Is air duct cleaning worth it?
When there’s something in there to remove. The EPA recommends cleaning on an as-needed basis: visible mold, signs of rodents or insects, or so much dust that it blows out of the vents. Construction dust after a build or remodel is another common reason.
How do I get a price?
Tap “Get an instant free quote”, answer a few questions about your home, and you’ll see your quote right away. That’s the price, and it won’t change on the day. Or call or text us and we’ll talk it through.
Will it make a mess in my house?
It shouldn’t. We keep the system under negative pressure so the dust goes into our equipment, and we wear shoe covers in your home.
Can you clean the dryer vent at the same visit?
Yes. The NFPA recommends cleaning the dryer vent about once a year, much more often than ducts, so many people add it to their duct cleaning.
Where do you work?
We’re headquartered in Utah County and work across Utah County, Salt Lake County, Davis and Weber Counties, and Park City and Heber.
